[Outage] Ecwid Instant Sites, some storefronts and control panels are not loading
Ecwid experienced a critical incident on July 11, 2022 affecting Storefront and Admin and 1 more component, lasting 3h 5m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

One of our servers is having problems since July 11, 2022 05:00 UTC. This causes around 30% of storefronts not opening. Also, all Instant Sites are not available at the moment. We are working on restoring the service and Instant Sites. Estimated time - in 20 minutes. All your data and store settings will be intact.

Control panels and storefronts should be available. Currently, the API performance is a bit delayed and Instant Site are not available. The developers are investigating the issue. ETA: 15 min.
