As of January 1st 2023, 07:30 (UTC timezone), Ecwid admin panels for some accounts are not loading. We are so sorry about this downtime! We are on it and urgently investigating the issue. All your data is safe and intact, the stores will be operating normally as soon as the issue is fixed. Next update in 30 minutes.

We're still working on fixing this issue on our end. You may see your admin panel not loading or showing the "Sorry, we're having technical difficulties" error. All your data and store settings will stay intact. We are terribly sorry for this downtime.
