Ecwid experienced a minor incident on September 29, 2023 affecting Storefront and Admin, lasting 2h 51m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

We are having issues with some stores mostly located in NOAM and LATAM regions. The store changes may not be saved in the Admin or reflected on the Storefront. We’re working on the issue’s fix urgently and will keep you posted here. All your data (products, orders, customer details, store settings, etc) and the store changes that were made and saved previously are safe and intact. It will be possible to save the changes as usual once the issue is fixed. We are sorry for this downtime. The next update is in 15 minutes.
