Ecwid experienced a major incident on May 20, 2022 affecting Storefront and Admin, lasting 4h 9m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

Ecwid control panels and storefronts are not loading. We are urgently working on a fix. All your data (products, orders, customer details, store settings, etc) is safe and intact. The storefronts and control panels will be up and running once we fix the problem. We are very sorry for this downtime. We’ll be posting updates here every 15 minutes. Our developers have released a fix, and all Ecwid stores and control panels are up and running again. We are monitoring the results now.
