Ecwid experienced a critical incident on June 2, 2022 affecting Storefront, lasting 54m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

We are having issues with the servers. As a result, Instant Sites are not loading for our users. We are on it and urgently looking for a fix. All your data is safe and intact, the stores will be operating normally as soon as the issue is fixed. We are sorry for this downtime. Next update is in 15 minutes.

UPDATE 03.06.2022, 23:15 UTC: The services are being restored. Most of Ecwid Instant sites should be opening by now.

Ecwid is up! The problem has been fixed. All services are restored. Ecwid Instant Sites should be up and running. All data (products, orders, your store settings, etc) are intact. Your Ecwid stores continue functioning as usual. Thank you for your patience. We deeply apologize for this situation. We will be conducting a research to understand why the issue took place and how we can avoid it in the future.
