Ecwid experienced a major incident on October 7, 2022 affecting Storefront and Checkout and 1 more component, lasting 1h 26m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

As of October 7, 2022, 20:00 UTC, Ecwid control panels and storefronts are not loading or are loading slowly due to a partial server outage. We are urgently trying to identify the cause of the issue and fix it. All your data (products, orders, customer details, store settings, etc) is safe and intact. The storefronts and control panels will be up and running once we fix the problem. We are very sorry for this downtime, we’ll be posting updates here every 15 minutes. This incident has been resolved. All the Ecwid stores are working normal now — you can access Ecwid admin as usual and customers can place orders as well. All your data (products, orders, customer details, store settings) is safe and intact.
