    We have received reports of https://www.ebsco.com/ returning a Temporarily Unavailable message. EBSCO Research services as well as EBSCO Connect remain available at this time. Our engineering teams are currently investigating the issue and we will update this page when more information is available.

    In addition to reports of https://www.ebsco.com/ returning a Temporarily Unavailable message we have received reports of impact to FOLIO-related functionality. We believe this to be related to issues with our Global Public Cloud Provider, which are ongoing. EBSCO Research services as well as EBSCO Connect remain available at this time. Our engineering teams continue to investigate the issue and we will update this page when more information is available.

    We are continuing to work on known reports related issues our Global Public Cloud Provider is experiencing. In addition to previously reported items we have identified the following: As a result of the issues with our Global Public Cloud Provider, EBSCO eBook orders placed in GOBI, Mosaic, EBSCOhost Collection Manager (ECM), OASIS, or Rialto on Monday, October 20th and Tuesday, October 21st may be delayed in fulfillment through to EBSCOhost.     While our engineering teams are continuing to monitor, at this time all issues impacting the availability of ebsco.com and connectivity with FOLIO applications are resolved. If you experience any issues other than eBook fulfillment timing (see below), please contact EBSCO Customer Support.
