We are currently investigating an issue affecting some customers with US-based sections. Impacted users may experience intermittent problems accessing certain pages within the Dynamic Yield admin interface, as well as disruptions when syncing data feeds via AWS. A global AWS outage has been affecting parts of our platform, causing some features and services to be temporarily unavailable or slow to respond across regions. We are now starting to see a gradual recovery, and many systems are coming back online. Our team is closely monitoring the situation and continuing to work with AWS to ensure full stability. We’ll share further updates as recovery progresses.

We are currently investigating an issue where some users in both EU and US servers, are being prevented from using the DY Admin. Affected users will see a "Something Went Wrong" error response displayed when trying to access the different features. Some customer sections in the US may see an error when trying to access the "Templates" tab under Experience Web, Experience App, and Experience Email pages. We have identified the cause of the issue and are working on a fix. Templates can still be accessed when editing variations in campaigns.
