We will be conducting non-emergency maintenance on our R1Soft Backups Cluster on Saturday September 20 2014 which will consist of Software and Storage upgrades. During this maintenance window users will not be able to access their backups. While the window is from 1:00am to 5:00pm EST, we expect it to be complete much earlier than that. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
