Our carrier, Hibernia Networks, had a faulty circuit that negatively affected both latency and packet consistence in Buffalo, NY. which resulted in temporary packet loss and higher latency. We quickly shifted the traffic away from the fault circuit and not long after, everything was back to normal. Thank you for your patience with us, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
