    We are investigating an issue preventing access to the Didomi Console at console.didomi.io. All other Didomi services are operational, including consent notice delivery and APIs. The issue is limited to Console access. We will provide an update as soon as we have identified the cause.

    The issue is related to an ongoing incident affecting our hosting provider, Netlify. The impact remains limited to Console access. All other Didomi services are operational, including consent notice delivery and APIs. Our team is monitoring Netlify’s recovery and evaluating options to restore Console access as soon as possible. We will provide another update as soon as we have more information.

    On October 7th, we experienced a partial outage in our analytics and consent storage pipeline between approximately 8:50 and 9:51 UTC. This issue resulted in a failure to store a portion of events, including a very limited number consent.given events, sent from our SDKs during this window. This incident did not affect the behavior of the consent notice on client websites or applications. The SDK continued to function normally, but the backend service failed to record the events. The underlying infrastructure issue was identified and a fix was fully deployed. As of 9:51 UTC, normal event collection was restored, and all systems are fully operational.
