    We are currently facing issues with our Just in Time Provisioning System and our team is working on it as a top priority. We have temporarily paused the service to do a root cause analysis and put a fix in place. We request your patience while we resolve this issue at the earliest.     We have identified the cause of the problem and are working to test a fix in a test environment. We do not have an ETR at the moment, as the fix will need to be validated and implemented in our production environment afterwards. Users can use the standard/manual user provisioning process in the meantime as we continue to work on a resolution.

    We have deployed the fix to our production environment, enabled Just-In-Time Provisioning, and are monitoring for any issues. Our initial assessment is that all is working as expected.
