Since March 3rd, 2026 at 6:30 PM UTC, we have been experiencing an issue with Anthropic's API which impacts collecting Anthropic metrics. Users may see delayed or missing usage metrics, including token usage, request volume, and latency. We are actively coordinating with Anthropic, who is working to resolve the issue. OCI Integration metrics in the us-ashburn region may be delayed due to a partial OCI outage and may result in delayed or missing data in graphs displaying these metrics. OCI has resolved the outage and customer's should see metrics return to a stable state. The OCI outage is appearing again in the ashburn region. We have contacted Oracle to investigate to get this resolved as soon as possible.
OCI has marked the incident as stable, Datadog will continue to monitor to verify services do not go down again.
The OCI outage has been resolved. Customers should see metrics return in the Ashburn region in their Datadog OCI monitoring.

The outage appears to have been resolved by OCI and points are returning to Datadog. We will continue to monitor that regional metrics return to normal.
