Crazy Ant Labs incident
Errors when uploading files via the web portal and the admin dashboard's file browser
Resolved after 1 hour 36 minutes, affecting Web Interface and Web Portal, on November 21, 2024.
The issue has been identified and is caused by a Chrome browser version update that changes the path to the local file in upload. Other browsers (e.g. Firefox, Safari) seem to be unaffected. The team is looking for a workaround.
