**Incident Summary:** On October 10, 2025, customers hosted in the UK Production SL2 environment experienced intermittent latency and slower response times while accessing their portals. **Root Cause:** The issue was caused by temporary system resource limitations, which led to brief performance degradation and reduced portal responsiveness for affected users. **Corrective Action:** Engineering teams investigated the issue and allocated additional resources to manage the traffic load and restore system stability. Portal performance returned to normal, and users were able to access the system without further delays. **Preventive Measures:** To reduce the risk of recurrence, Cornerstone is implementing the following actions: * Capacity and Scalability: Enhancing system monitoring and resource management to better accommodate higher workloads * Operational Improvements: Implementing proactive checks and process improvements to maintain system performance and prevent similar issues in the future
