We have identified an intermittent issue where some calls are not connecting to Convoso at this time. We are actively rolling out fixes and are actively monitoring at this time. This is a high-priority issue, and internal leadership is actively monitoring to validate resolution.

This is now resolved, and there should be no additional customer impact at this time. We will continue heightened monitoring and send a follow-up RFO to any customers who reported impact. While this issue was relatively isolated, we appreciate your patience as we worked to resolve this, and apologize for any impact this may have had.
