    We are currently investigating an issue where some customers may see a 403 or 408 error when attempting to log in to the Agent UI. Our teams are working urgently on this issue and will provide updates as soon as possible. This issue is relatively isolated, and most customers should not experience any impact.

    We have isolated the network component that is experiencing trouble. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible.

    A fix has been implemented, and we have verified that impacted customers should once again be able to log in to the Agent UI without issue. We are monitoring to verify full resolution at this time.
