    Customers may experience trouble connecting to Convoso and other platforms due to active issues with Cogent, a large internet backbone. Cogent active issue: https://ecogent.cogentco.com/network-status We are monitoring this issue closely and making any necessary adjustments to reduce the impact on our customers at this time. We appreciate our customers reporting this issue.

    Cogent status has been moved to normal so customers may see a reduction in issues further. That being said, Cogent is actively reporting network backbone trouble from North America to Asian markets, so customers with agents in Asian markets may continue to see impact unrelated to our platform.

    We are seeing a reduced impact of Cogent issues across the internet at this time, but their status has not yet fully cleared for Global issues. We continue to monitor closely.

    We deployed active monitoring across the US and have confirmed the Cogent outage impact has been reduced to minimal at this time. As such, we will be marking this as resolved. Thank you to our customers once again for communicating impact, and we will send a summary of today's events to impacted customers.
