    We are actively investigating a situation in which AT&T customers or those using ISPs that rely on the AT&T Backbone may experience trouble connecting to Convoso. This issue is not isolated to Convoso, and we are also seeing impacts on other services at this time.

    We have taken steps to avoid traffic being handled over problematic 3rd party networks. This issue is not related to Convoso, but we are taking steps to mitigate it. We are monitoring this issue closely and we recommend reaching out to your ISP if issues persist.
