We identified an issue where outbound calls were failing to properly route to agents. Our teams immediately were engaged and we have implemented a fix for this and are actively monitoring for any persisting issues. Please have your agents log out fully from the Convoso platform and then log back in if issues persist individually. We appreciate your patience as we verify full resolution.

Customers should no longer experience impact at this time. A fix was implemented at 12:18 PST, and we have verified full resolution. If any agents continue to see an impact, please have them fully log out and back into the platform. We appreciate your patience as we worked to resolve this and will be sending an RFO to any customers who reported impact.
