Customers on one of our database clusters are experiencing elevated latency and error rates. We're investigating the cause.

We temporarily halted all activity on the affected database cluster to restore it to a healthy state, and are bringing affected customers back online now. Pro customers should see their deployments back online immediately, and we're working on restoring service to remaining customers on this database cluster now.
