    We have implemented corrective actions for an issue affecting inbound file transfers to ftps.conferma.com and are currently monitoring the service. Customers who experienced FTPS transfer failures since the early hours of 16 October 2026 are advised to retry any unsuccessful file submissions. If you continue to experience transfer failures after retrying, please contact Conferma Support. We will provide a further update once monitoring is complete.
