To resolve an issue some users are experiencing, Colladium may be unavailable for approximately 20 minutes from 12:50pm AEST today, Thursday the 2nd of July 2026. If you are current using Colladium, please save what you are doing now. We apologise for inconvenience.

We’ve identified an issue where product descriptions aren’t showing on some purchase orders in Colladium. This doesn’t affect the rest of the order, and forms are still being sent and received as expected. We’re looking into this issue now and will provide an update shortly.

The issue has now been fixed, so all new orders will now correctly populate the product descriptions. We're just working to populate the descriptions on orders that came through when this issue was present.
