The btc_dominance value returned from /v1/global-metrics/quotes/historical between 2019-06-06T18:22:00.000Z to 2019-06-07T20:02:00.000Z is currently not available and will be returned as 0. This issue is currently being resolved and historical values for this timespan will be available again shortly.
