We want to inform that between Feb 23rd and Feb 27th 2023, you might have observed intermittent O365 OneDrive protection failures with ‘Drive ID mismatch’ error. We have identified the root cause of this issue and we have pushed a fix across our fleet on Feb 28th 2023. From our monitoring metrics we can confirm the issue has been resolved.
