PRs and Commits being analysed multiple times causing repeated email notifications and delayed results
Resolved after 2 hours 44 minutes, on November 20, 2023.
An issue handling a Bitbucket API response caused several PRs to end up in an analysis loop. This resulted in frequent "new results" email notifications as well as constant re-analysis of those PRs. The issue is now fully resolved and the system is back to nominal state.

Faulty logic in failed analysis retry mechanism caused some PRs to be repeatedly analysed. To prevent further impacts Codacy email notifications have been stopped until the root cause of this problem is fully mitigated.
