Timeouts on Issue related APIs causing UI timeouts and delays in analysis
Resolved after 2 hours 18 minutes, on June 30, 2025.
Analysis performance is back to normal and queue of jobs is now at normal levels. Delays in analysis are not expected. The original problem with the DB was mitigated and the team is working on a fix that will prevent it from reoccurring.

We are working on improving performance issues in the database responsible for managing tools and patterns. Inefficiencies in this database are leading to slower response times that are affecting analysis.
