GitHub has resolved the incident that lasted from 20:30 UTC to 22:UTC (https://www.githubstatus.com/incidents/5q7nmlxz30sk). That incident caused a few repositories in Codacy to be in a state where it is not detecting new analysis (You'll see a banner at the top of the repository page, "We no longer have access to this repository. Please contact support"). We are fully identifying the affected repos and looking to bring them up to normal behaviour.
