We recommend that you please confirm whether your Agents are running as expected. If not, kindly restart your Agents. Please note that this action cannot be performed by our Support Engineers. If you find that your Agent(s) do not restart as expected, please open a Support Case. Our engineering team will review and attempt to determine the reason that the Agents stopped earlier today.
