    Earlier today between 18:45 CET and 20:45 CET, we observed an increased number of request timeouts from some geographic regions affecting access to our platform. The issue was caused by a temporary surge in traffic at an upstream service provider, which led to intermittent connectivity problems for some clients and end users. Our platform infrastructure itself remained operational throughout the event. Once the elevated traffic at the upstream provider subsided, service returned to normal levels without further action required. We continue to monitor the situation closely to ensure ongoing platform stability.

    We are currently experiencing a delay in data refresh due to an upstream data delivery incident that was identified and resolved earlier today. Affected Areas: - Analytical Dashboards in SCM - Snowflake Data Sharing The root cause was traced by the infrastructure team and has already been resolved. However, the incident impacted downstream data processing pipelines, delaying the full refresh. Full data refresh is expected to be completed by 21:00 UTC.

    Between 06:04 and 06:29 AM CEST this morning, we experienced a network issue that affected platform availability. During this time, clients and customers worldwide may have encountered slow loading times or timeouts when accessing carts or APIs. Order processing was also impacted. The issue was resolved by 06:29 AM CEST, and we are continuing to investigate the root cause to prevent it from recurring.
