Earlier today between 18:45 CET and 20:45 CET, we observed an increased number of request timeouts from some geographic regions affecting access to our platform. The issue was caused by a temporary surge in traffic at an upstream service provider, which led to intermittent connectivity problems for some clients and end users. Our platform infrastructure itself remained operational throughout the event. Once the elevated traffic at the upstream provider subsided, service returned to normal levels without further action required. We continue to monitor the situation closely to ensure ongoing platform stability.
