    We are currently investigating an outage in our upstream service where some of the attachments are not scanned in a timely fashion, but those attachments would be rescanned and action will be taken retrospectively. More information will be provided as it becomes available.

    We have yet to determine the root cause, but we have implemented a workaround to mitigate the issue. Since applying the fix, we are observing a reduction in the number of unscanned attachments.
