Cisco Meraki incident

RESOLVED: Dashboard availability in APJC

Resolved after 30 minutes, on November 4, 2026.

resolved Nov 04, 2026, 12:00 AM UTC

On November 3, 2026, some Dashboard users whose requests were routed to a server cluster in the APJC region experienced a temporary service interruption. An incorrect firewall configuration introduced during a network management upgrade was activated by a later routing refresh, preventing the affected firewalls from learning required network routes. The impact lasted approximately 30 minutes. Our engineers deployed corrected routing configuration across the affected data centers and validated the updates. Service was restored, and there is no ongoing customer impact. A cross-team review is underway. We will use its findings to identify and implement appropriate improvements to configuration validation, rollout safeguards, and incident response, and will take all reasonable steps to reduce the likelihood of a similar issue recurring.
