We're receiving reports of red error messages in the CI sidebar. Specifically, issues loading Buyer Signals and Email Activities. This issue is currently under investigation. We will provide updates as they become available.

We've identified the root of this issue to be related to a 3rd party outage, effecting their US East public cluster. They're in the process of deploying a fix to improve stability of the platform. Users should expect to see improvements soon.

At this time, Microsoft and Microsoft Azure are experiencing nationwide service outages. This is intermittently impacting some Cirrus Insight services. Microsoft has not provided an estimated time for resolution yet. We're actively monitoring the situation and will send updates as they become available. AWS has reported increased error rates and latencies across multiple services in its US-East-1 region today. As a result, we're seeing intermittent issues with our Cirrus Insight 19 application. This is also disrupting our ability to triage incoming chat support requests. In the event that you encounter any issues connecting with our support team, it's recommended to send an email to [email protected] stating the issue you may be experiencing.

A subset of Cirrus Insight 19 users are seeing link tracking returning a Bad Gateway error when a recipient selects a tracked link. Temporarily disabling email tracking allows links to return data. Our Engineering teams are working diligently to resolve this issue and will provide updates as they become available.
