Due to a current incident on our vendor side, we are running in a degraded state within the WAZ landscape. This may cause performance impacts within the application. For NVZ customers, this may impact your BIDs connections. The connection maybe unable at times.

We are starting to see some services come back online. There will be some delay as data synchronizes, before we can fully restore services. We are monitoring this progress closely to restore all services as soon as possible.

All production data has successfully sync'd and we have failed over our database clusters to be running on proper nodes. We continue to monitor progress on STG/UAT.

We continue to monitor progress of synchronization of STG/UAT and performance degradation may still occur. Production has remained in stable state, and we are continuing to monitor.
