We are seeing elevated errors with Instagram APIs. Other channels are unaffected. We are working with Meta to resolve this and will share an update shortly. Thank you for your patience.

Meta authorization is operating normally again. New Instagram and Facebook Messenger inbox connections can now be completed successfully. Existing inbox messaging remained unaffected during this incident. We’ll continue to monitor the affected flows.
