Resolved after 2 hours 38 minutes, affecting Timesheet tracking for JIRA, on December 19, 2024.
We are currently investigating the issue . Some companies can not open the Timesheet pages. A workaround would be to first navigate to the desired module and then refresh the page. It seems to be an Atlassian general problem regarding the marketplace apps so we are connecting with Atlassian support teams to fix the issue
