On September 22, 2025, between 20:00 UTC and 23:00 UTC, some customers experienced issues where activities were not appearing or were disappearing from the CTM activity log. The disruption was caused by server-side database index replication processes that did not perform as expected. Service was fully restored at 23:00 UTC, and the issue has been remediated.
