    Platform performance has improved following earlier reports of slow load and login times. At this stage, the issue appears to have been transient, with no indicators of underlying infrastructure performance degradation. We recognise the impact this may have had for some users and appreciate your patience while we investigated. The Bud major incident team will continue to monitor and triage closely, but we wanted to highlight the marked improvement observed. We will provide a further update by 11am or sooner if new information emerges.
