Increased latency observed

Resolved after 55 minutes, affecting Boomerang (App) and Boomerang (Website), on November 4, 2026.

resolved Nov 04, 2026, 01:25 AM UTC

We believe the degraded performance was caused by high load on the host node at our upstream provider. The provider has not yet confirmed a root cause. We are continuing to investigate with them and are reviewing our own monitoring and capacity so that similar degradation is detected sooner and prevented in future. No data was lost during this incident. We apologise for the disruption.
