ChatGPT Upload Issues (BlueFlame uploads unaffected)
Resolved after 8 hours 23 minutes, affecting BlueFlame Web Application, on April 16, 2025.
We have implemented a workaround that allows PDF and Image uploads to properly process while we continue to work with OpenAI support.

Files uploaded to OpenAI (ChatGPT) direct models are not responding against the file correctly. We have escalated the issue to OpenAI and are awaiting their resolution. Note that files uploaded to the BlueFlame Agent are not impacted.
