    We have identified an issue affecting some users in the United States. The issue is due to a Cloudflare incident which appears to be mostly impacting connectivity for users in Arkansas, Missouri, Louisiana, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Mississippi, and parts of Texas. For the full list of affected regions, please visit https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/ During this incident window, customers can continue to access Bloomerang by connecting through a VPN service. This will route your connection outside the affected region and restore normal access. We are working with Cloudflare to understand the issue and we will provide updates as we receive more information.

    On Monday, May 18, between approximately 5:45 PM and 7:00 PM Eastern, donors using Bloomerang Fundraising forms may have encountered errors when submitting a payment. Our engineering team identified the cause, deployed a fix, and has confirmed that transactions are processing normally again. We are continuing to monitor closely through Tuesday morning to ensure stability.

    We are currently investigating an issue impacting Bloomerang Fundraising users’ ability to log in to the platform.

    Earlier today, between approximately 8:35 AM and 9:49 AM ET, some Bloomerang Fundraising users experienced difficulty logging in to the platform. Our team identified that an internal caching service reached capacity, which prevented login requests from being processed successfully. To restore access, we cleared the affected cache, which resolved the issue. As a result, some users may have been prompted to log in again. The underlying cause has been identified and our engineering team is actively working on a permanent fix to prevent recurrence. We will continue to closely monitor the system throughout the day. In addition to Bloomerang Fundraising, customers may now experience problems with the Bloomerang CRM mobile application, including video acknowledgements and pairing credit card readers. Email sending across all applications (related to our third-party email provider, SendGrid) has been impacted at different times throughout the day. All of these issues are due to ongoing operational problems with our hosting provider. We continue to monitor the situation closely and are reviewing all third-party providers we use for our applications. We will provide updates as the situation develops.
