    We are aware of intermittent performance issues for Bloomerang Fundraising services related to a series of operational issues with our hosting provider. We're actively monitoring and working to mitigate as soon as possible. Please continue to monitor this page for updates.

    The hosting provider issues continue to impact our services. In addition to Bloomerang Fundraising, customers may now experience problems with the Bloomerang CRM mobile application, including video acknowledgements and pairing credit card readers. We are closely monitoring and will provide updates as the situation changes.

    1:45pm EDT: We are now experiencing major performance issues affecting Bloomerang Fundraising services and the Bloomerang CRM mobile application. Email sending across all applications (related to our third-party email provider, SendGrid) has been impacted at different times throughout the day. All of these issues are due to ongoing operational problems with our hosting provider. We continue to monitor the situation closely and are reviewing all third-party providers we use for our applications. We will provide updates as the situation develops.
