  1. identified Oct 20, 2026, 01:39 PM UTC

There is a Google Cloud outage that is currently affecting the London, Google location for our services. The issue is primarily affecting Virtual Services that are being run on the London, Google location. Services that are configured with that location will currently fail to start, and will experience issues when running tests against them. Our Performance tests in the London, Google location are currently functioning, but tests being run in that location could experience issues with engine provisioning. We recommend avoiding this location until Google resolves the incident. We will provide updates as we receive them from Google.

  2. resolved Oct 20, 2026, 04:04 PM UTC

The incident on the Google side has been resolved. There was a lingering issue that required a fix to be applied by the R&D team. That fix has gone out and the EU West (London, Google) location is available again.
