MigrationWiz Document Migration Errors Following a system upgrade on August 19, 2026 that improved overall document migration speed and throughput, we have identified an issue affecting a small subset of customers. Some users may encounter one of the following errors during document migrations: "Collection was modified; enumeration operation may not execute." "Offset and length were out of bounds" "Did not read all bytes from file." These errors are not indicative of data loss. They are the result of a DLL upgrade included in the August 19 release, which causes logs generated prior to the upgrade to be unreadable by the updated code. We are aware of the issue and actively working on a broader resolution. Recommended Steps If you are experiencing one of the errors above, please perform a Reset Items and resubmit the migration pass. This resolves the issue in most cases. For instructions, see How to Reset Items in MigrationWiz. https://help.bittitan.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042167494-MigrationWiz-Statistics-Statistics-Lookup#01H8HEMGW00PCG8XHWPM7QHWJD If the error persists after performing a Reset Items, please open a Support Case so our team can assist you directly while we work on a broader fix. We will provide updates here as our investigation continues.
