On September 10 2025, a DNS issue temporarily affected access to the GravityZone Management Console (Web Interface) and API calls for a small set of customers. Endpoint protection and communication with GravityZone were not impacted, and all other GravityZone services remained fully functional throughout the incident. Duration GravityZone Cloud Instance 1 (cloudgz.gravityzone.bitdefender.com): between 15:08 – 15:27 UTC, with brief instability until 15:52 UTC GravityZone Cloud Instance 2 (cloud.gravityzone.bitdefender.com): between 15:07 – 15:32 UTC, with brief instability until 15:50 UTC Resolution Our teams acted quickly to mitigate the DNS issue, and by 15:52 UTC all services were restored to normal operation. Going Forward We are implementing additional monitoring and preventive measures to ensure similar issues are detected and resolved even faster in the future. Current Status All GravityZone services are now fully operational. We apologize for any disruption this caused and thank you for your understanding.
