    Cloudflare, a company that helps websites secure and manage their internet traffic, is experiencing issues with its global network, disrupting service for many websites and apps. Customers could experience outages with websites such as 3bExam.com and SmartAdmissions.ai along with many other websites and web-based applications. “Cloudflare is aware of, and investigating an issue which potentially impacts multiple customers,” the company posted in a status update shortly before 7 a.m. “We are working to understand the full impact and mitigate this problem.” In an update about 20 minutes later, it said disruptions had begun to ease, but said it was continuing to investigate the issue. By 8:15 a.m., the company said that error levels for some of its services had “returned to pre-incident rates,” and that it was continuing to work on restoring other services. Bit by Bit will continue to monitor the incident and report as new updates are received.

    We are still working on identifying root cause of the outage. The colocation has power and internet but endpoints are not properly communicating on the internet route. Still investigating root cause.

    Bit by Bit has believes that this is an internet routing issue between the carriers and Digital Realty (NY data center) and opening up tickets accordingly. We are still investigating.

    Several of our carrier partners had issues due to regulatory changes. Inbound calling should be 100% restored. Outbound calling does work, but it takes a long time before the call connects. This should be resolved today. Bit by Bit is closely monitoring and continuing adjustments, with full stabilization of service expected to be resolved today.
