    Hosts in NY Data center are currently offline. Bit by Bit is investigating.

    We are still working on identifying root cause of the outage. The colocation has power and internet but endpoints are not properly communicating on the internet route. Still investigating root cause.

    Bit by Bit has believes that this is an internet routing issue between the carriers and Digital Realty (NY data center) and opening up tickets accordingly. We are still investigating.

    Root cause of outage is data center power problems caused outages with internet carriers in Digital Reality data center. Routes are coming back online.

    Some endpoints are slow to come up. Will continue to monitor and investigate.

    All endpoints were back online by 2 PM EST on 9/17. Will continue to monitor but issue is resolved.
