## Intermittent issue with loading U.S. ACH bank account (direct debit) forms **Who is affected** Merchants using Benji Payments to accept ACH direct debit payments in the United States. **What you may see** When adding or updating a U.S. bank account, the ACH form may not load. The page may show a loading spinner, or the form may appear blank or missing fields such as routing and account number. This happens intermittently and is not caused by incorrect bank details. **What still works** Credit and debit card payments, EFT (Canadian bank payments), and other Benji Payments payment types. **Workaround** Refresh the page and try again. In most cases the form loads after a few refreshes. **What we are doing** Our team is actively investigating and working on a fix. We will update this notice as soon as we have more information.

This has been resolved. ACH Direct Debit forms should now load as expected.
