We experienced a problem with reservation messages earlier. The problem started at 14:30 CET and was solved at 15:12 CET. Affected API endpoints: https://secure-supply-xml.booking.com/hotels/ota/OTA_HotelResNotif https://secure-supply-xml.booking.com/hotels/ota/OTA_HotelResModifyNotif https://secure-supply-xml.booking.com/hotels/xml/reservations https://secure-supply-xml.booking.com/hotels/xml/reservationssummary Action required from provider: no further action required. The fallback timeout window of 30 minutes has been paused while the issue was ongoing. This means that all reservations made during the issue were available to be retrieved via API once the issue was resolved. Our apologies for any inconveniences this may have caused.
